Vacuum bubble trap is a vacuum system for trapping liquid, semi-liquid, or pasty products.

Operation Method

The product is spread in a thin layer on a rotating disk through a distribution valve. Centrifugal force pushes it through the filter cover onto the inner wall of the container, which rotates underneath it. Air bubbles or gas are released in this process and can be removed by the vacuum pump. A discharge pump transfers bubble-free product to the next device in the production line.

In the process of producing semi-viscous liquids and high-viscosity products, air bubbles (or other gases) are unintentionally formed in the product. This not only leads to undesirable effects such as oxidation (spoiling of oil and fat inside the product), changes in scent, taste, color, and shortening of the product's expiration date but also creates numerous problems in weight packaging (especially tube packaging) due to the decrease in product density.

The vacuum bubble trap device designed by Chroma Germany is an ideal solution for eliminating trapped bubbles in high-viscosity products.

This device, like a very fine filter, separates all bubbles from the product, enhancing the quality and texture of semi-solid products (such as various creams, sauces, hair dye, ointments, lotions, toothpaste, etc.).

According to Chroma Germany's recommendation, the most suitable place to install this device is immediately after the mixer or just before the filling machine.

Equipped with a pneumatic door, glass site, independent vacuum pump with automatic vacuum control mechanism, and speed adjustment through an inverter.
